OGDEN'S COMPANY OF ROGERS' RANGERS AND YOUNG'S RANGERS
Ogden's Ranger Company was commissioned out of New York and was one of the units assigned to scout for Ft. William Henry in 1756. Ogden's Company has formed an alliance with Bagley's Massachusetts, a unit of the 42nd and an artillery battery. When we attend events in the future as a Battalion, we will continue as Young's Company. This is a new concept and hopefully this will serve to enhance our re-enacting. Our historical group has members in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Ohio. We welcome newcomers and if needed, can help outfit a person who is just getting started in the hobby. Persons seeking further information on joining our unit can contact us by email: JMW4290@aol.com
DATES OF UPCOMING ACTIVITIES FOR OGDEN'S COMPANY FOR 2010
This is a preliminary list of events for 2010. We will put a major focus on Jubilee. Regarding the Jubilee event, I would appreciate as much help and attendance that I can get. If you have any questions about any of these events, please contact me. Hopefully we can continue to improve as we learn and grow.
Thanks for visiting Ogden's Company! If you have any questions you can contact Jim at: JMW4290@aol.com
